Standard wholesale terms
Confirm the details in your proforma invoice.
After confirming your order, before production.
Review production photos, videos or an agreed inspection before paying the balance.
Staged payment is paid to the supplier. It is not third-party escrow.
Choose a payment arrangement
The payment method, currency, charges and timing must be agreed before you send funds.
30% deposit + 70% balance
Pay the deposit after order confirmation. Pay the remaining balance before shipment, following the agreed review or inspection.
Bank transfer
Use only the beneficiary details on the confirmed proforma invoice. Verify the account details with our sales team before paying.
Bank transfer does not provide third-party escrow protection.
Third-party escrow
Ask whether an independent escrow service is available for your order. Provider eligibility, fees, inspection periods and release conditions must be confirmed in advance.
Escrow is not automatically included in website orders.
PayPal / credit card
Ask our sales team to confirm availability and provide the appropriate payment instructions. Applicable fees and provider protection terms depend on the transaction.

Confirm bulb bases, voltage, specifications, quantities, prices, packaging, lead time and shipping terms in writing.
Pay the 30% deposit
Check the proforma invoice and verified payment details before sending the deposit.
Production
Production follows the confirmed bulb models and specifications. Request photos or videos of the goods, labels and packaging.
Quality inspection
Review quantities, appearance, labels and agreed test evidence, or arrange an independent inspection before shipment.
Pay the 70% balance
After the agreed review, settle the remaining balance before shipment.
Shipment
Goods are dispatched under the agreed shipping terms, with the relevant shipping documents.
Delivery & support
Check the goods on arrival and contact us with your order reference if you need assistance.
For an agreed escrow transaction, follow the provider’s payment and release process instead.

Bulb-base compatibility alone does not confirm vehicle fit or road-use approval. Agree any vehicle-specific testing, certifications and destination-market requirements before ordering.
Need independent inspection?
Tell us before confirming your order. The inspector, inspection scope, timing and costs should be agreed in advance. If an issue is found, contact us to agree the next steps before shipment.
First order? Start small.
Test samples or a small trial batch in your intended application before placing a larger order. Confirm bulb fit, installation space, operating voltage, beam pattern and any CANbus requirements. Ask us about sample availability, minimum quantities and shipping costs.
Payment security notice
Verify any change to bank details through a previously confirmed contact. Do not rely only on a new email, message or payment link.
